CRYO-ELECTROPORATION

Electroporation involves the application of brief voltage pulses onto the skin, causing a transitory structural perturbation of lipid bilayer in the skin cell membranes. It induces a dramatic and reversible increase in transmembrane transport and structural changes in membrane barrier.
